Requirement

Minimum 1-2 Years of Team Handling experience required (Banking or Insurance background preferred)

Good understanding of metrics, and delivery parameters

Knowledge to control iterations, shrinkage, how to calculate iterations, types of iterations.

Schedule targets, pipelines of data, decrease minimum talk time.

Should have high conversion ratio through cold leads and hot leads.

Provides floor support and process updates.

Reduce call dropouts, call avoidance and call disconnectivity.
