Perform feasibility assessment of test ideas Develop variations in A/B test tool (Optimizely/Adobe Target/ Google optimize) in JavaScript/jQuery, CSS, HTML5 from design requirements/mock-ups, following coding standards and best practices Configure, launch and monitor tests on the tool Prepare relevant documents such as test plan, results analysis (post-test conclusion) Work closely with clients and deliver tests as per SLA Provide technical guidance to a team of junior developers Will be part of Testing & Personalization team and work closely with the client stakeholders to execute end-to-end A/B, Multivariate tests and deliver personalized experience on websites to increase engagement and conversion.
