About Process

Work on SFMC Configuration including Workflows, Validations, Approval Process etc

Support execution of Campaigns leveraging the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms

Create cross-channel customer engagement strategy to include the creation of omni-channel digital experiences across various platforms

Responsible for building customer journeys within Salesforce and Marketing Cloud

Optimize Marketing Cloud's automation tools for various digital marketing channels

Collaborate with Marketing team to execute CRM strategies, including customer journeys and on-going nurturing using Salesforce.com

Analyse and report results that will drive further optimization for email performance

Support in implementing Marketing Cloud Automations, Marketing Cloud Text (SMS), Push Notifications, Journey Builders for multiple campaigns

Responsible for data collation, data preparation and completeness of data from various internal teams and systems on the Salesforce marketing cloud platforms

Requirement

Excellent (8/10) oral and written communication

10+ years of digital marketing/ analytics experience with 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Hands-on platform experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or other SFMC ecosystem platforms (i.e. Audience Studio-DMP, Datorama, Interaction Studio, etc.)

Experience leading large full-lifecycle implementations for SFMC ecosystem technologies and cloud-based marketing solutions

Thorough understanding of Agile methodology and experience of working with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, etc

Expertise on BigQuery & SQL

Experience in ETL/ELT, DWH, OLAP, OLTP

Knowledge of correct application of data transfer formats e.g. CSV, JSON, XML etc

Good expertise on Python

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Experience with working on organizing 1st, 2nd, 3rd party data, segments and campaign setup

Education
