Manage and oversee Inside sales projects across all LOBs  (line of business)

Connect to potential decision-makers for an elevated pitch towards our customer's offerings

Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data

Coordinate sales projects to meet deadlines

Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement

Generation of qualifying leads and ensuring sales closure

Inside Sales Manager to oversee and support our Inside Sales associates

Coach, train, evaluate and monitor new hire inside sales team members performance

Set and track sales targets and KPIs. The Inside Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire Inside Sales administration process

Evaluate and help create sales pitches and marketing content, digital marketing and social media marketing initiatives with help of marketing agency

Demonstrate an understanding of customer's critical business issues and propose Laabdhi's solutions that help clients meet their business objectives

Will be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction all over

Responsible for both domestic and internal Inside Sales & business development initiatives
