About Process

Responsible for understanding the resource requirements of various business units

Overall responsibility of identifying, selecting, offering and on boarding of candidates

Strategizing the recruitment process to ensure quality hiring within the SLA

Single point contact for internal clients and the senior management for diverse hiring requirements

Interact with the operations teams frequently and maintain an excellent relationship with them

Develop and manage different channels of recruitment to ensure candidate availability and keep the cost of hiring at the optimum level

Play an active role in understanding the resource requirements of the business and making plans towards fulfilling them

Maintain and develop internal database

Education

Graduate with total 5 + years in Lateral Recruitment with at least 2 + year as TL on papers. Candidates needs to be from BPO background.

Strong experience in Team Handling.

11.30 am to 8.30 pm (Should be flexible to work till late hours, if required)
