 Dear Team,

 

We have virtual drive tomorrow, kindly share relevant profiles  for maximum closures. HR is not ok with 60 days’ notice period. However, he has to be an End to End Underwriter and should be aware on all the below questions.

 

Screening question –

 

1.       Four C’s – Knowledge, experience and understanding. Should have hands on experience on all the four C’s

2.       What are the Income Calculation they are doing – Salaried / Other Income / Self Employed businesses (candidate has to have worked on this)

3.       Types of loans they are working - Conventional Loans ( Private Loan )  / FHA and VA ( Government loan)

4.       How is the DTI calculated.

About Process

Review and analyze the mortgage loan application to ensure eligibility, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines to minimize risk factors

Review all required loan data, reports, and inspections to insure the collateral is acceptable to investor and the company

Responsible for making independent decisions regarding acceptance and risk of loans according to HUD, company, and investor guidelines.

Co-ordination and collaboration with sales for login and issuance.

Completes all required paperwork and forms in a timely and accurate manner

Communicate underwriting decisions with processors and advisors

Maintenance of Login and issuance MIS.

Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience into core underwriting

Candidate who has experience in all the 4C’s of Underwriting will be considered

Candidate must have exposure working on various type of loans like Conventional, FHA,VA & USDA

5:30pm to 10:00am (any 9 hours shift)
