Client is going through some changes in internal management until then the subject Position is on HOLD. Kindly do not share any more profiles since the client won’t consider the same.

Below requirement is Super Urgent and client wants to close this position within a week and expects us for line ups on Monday i.e. May 31, 2021 . Please share relevant profiles as per the below criteria for a quick closure.

 

 

Interview Process:

 

·         Post her short listing, candidate’s profile will be shared with the client

·         Source candidates who can join immediately or maximum 15 days of Notice Period. Candidates with more than 15 days’ notice will not be considered

About Process

Administer the whole recruitment process and execute the same select, test, interview scheduling and recruit employees as required by clients

Shortlist candidates for various positions coordinate and arrange for interviews

Schedule & arranged the interview with foreign delegates as per their requirement

Coordination with advertisements agencies to release ads in newspapers

Responsible for pre/post offers follow-ups with selected candidates

Coordinate and maintained a relationship with the recruitment agencies to ensure timely inputs and closure of the respective position

Prepare monthly recruitment report as requested by management

Prepare & verify employment contracts, associated paperwork in accordance with company procedures and policies

Organize, operate and maintain a complete filing system for selection related documents

Coordination with the vendors for timely payment

Coordinate with external and internal employees regards to all HR related matters

Any other task assigned by the management
