About Process | Design and develop pre-process trainings on Mortgage foundation, Processing & Underwriting for new hires (Industry fresher’s)and conduct whenever required |
Ensure adherence to the training agenda and timely certification for all training batches | |
Ensure 90% throughput in all pre-process and process trainings | |
Establish and define the structure of the learning context in terms of length of the training, size of group, number of hours and sessions | |
Design and develop various Mortgage training programs(offline and online)using different instructional designing aids and training models | |
Responsible for Reinforcement of training, standardization & content development | |
Continuously work to reduce learning curve and handover training batch to operations as per the defined timeline | |
Effectively delivers training content that meets the needs, wants and levels of participants, and that can be effectively transferred from classroom to workplace | |
Timely review of all training content to make sure that the content is updated and meeting the training programs requirements | |
Use a variety of training strategies/learning experiences e.g. group discussion, role plays, small group exercise, observation, multimedia (video, audio), feedback sessions, goal setting etc | |
Publish daily/weekly/monthly training dashboard as applicable | |
To ensure smooth Transition of new processes from Training standpoint | |
