  1. Client is looking for candidates who have core UW experience with minimum 5-6 years of experience
  2. Candidate should be open for Trainer role
  3. Should have experience in training batches (on paper experience not necessary)
  4. Designation would not be a concern, if anyone is working as Senior associate/analyst/SME we are open to that candidature
  5. This would be an individual contributor role.

About Process

Design and develop pre-process trainings on Mortgage foundation, Processing & Underwriting for new hires (Industry fresher’s)and conduct whenever required

Ensure adherence to the training agenda and timely certification for all training batches

Ensure 90% throughput in all pre-process and process trainings

Establish and define the structure of the learning context in terms of length of the training, size of group, number of hours and sessions

Design and develop various Mortgage training programs(offline and online)using different instructional designing aids and training models

Responsible for Reinforcement of training, standardization & content development

Continuously work to reduce learning curve and handover training batch to operations as per the defined timeline

Effectively delivers training content that meets the needs, wants and levels of participants, and that can be effectively transferred from classroom to workplace

Timely review of all training content to make sure that the content is updated and meeting the training programs requirements

Use a variety of training strategies/learning experiences e.g. group discussion, role plays, small group exercise, observation, multimedia (video, audio), feedback sessions, goal setting etc

Publish daily/weekly/monthly training dashboard as applicable

To ensure smooth Transition of new processes from Training standpoint

Requirement

Excellent Communication Skills (9/10)

Inclusive US mortgage knowledge (Underwriting and Processing experience is a plus)

Able to design a range of certification procedures and their execution plans

Experience with Encompass/Empower/LQB/PCL or other paperless doc management system

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing

Minimum 4+ years’ experience in US Mortgage Training

Public speaking skills
