About Process

Collaborate closely with Business Systems, Desktop Support and Infrastructure Operations and other IT Support Groups to ensure complete (end-to-end) and excellent support of the business systems

Collaborate with business units, team and management to identify, assess impact of, track, and champion change requests and enhancements throughout project life cycle

Ensure complete ownership via subject matter expertise (technical and functional) of the business systems in scope; this will require ability to proactively gain technical expertise/mastery of business systems through self-education, hard work, curiosity, creativity and experimentation

Adopt responsible behavior, follow best practices within Teleperformance and exercise caution when working with production systems

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field

2 – 3 years Technical Support experience

Working knowledge of Software Engineering and Business Application Development and Implementation

Familiarity with .net application deployment and management
