Interview Process:
· Try to process the candidate who can join immediately or within 15–20 days
· Notice period higher than this will not be considered. Also, outstation candidates will not be considered.
· The salary range for this position is INR 200,000 to INR 400,000 per annum. This can be negotiated for a great candidate but otherwise there will not be any changes.
· For female candidates, the shift timing will be 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM while working from home and will be changed to 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM while working from the office. For male candidates, it will always be 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

1. Click on 'LAUNCH THE ALL NEW ULG CAREERS PORTAL'.
2. Then go to the position you wish to upload the resume.
3. Click 'Apply' in the right hand side.
4. Once you enter the details as in Name, Mobile no. and Email ID, the OTP will be sent to the respective candidate. Enter the OTP and upload the resume.
5. You need to upload the resume by selecting the option of 'Recruiting Agency'. And click 'No' for ULG employee referral.
6. You also have to select the location and salary of the position applied.
7. Lastly complete the process by clicking the 'Submit' button.
8. Please be in constant touch with your candidates as client directly coordinates with them via email. Below is the interview process.
The interview rounds will be:

2. Asking for additional details on call/email
3. Communication test (online)
4. HR interview (telephonic)
5. Technical Test (online or in the office)
6. Team Lead Interview (Telephonic)
7. Manager Interview (Telephonic)
