-Book closure – Monthly, Quarterly & Annually.

 

-Providing MIS & Analytical Reports.

 

-Liaison with client auditors and providing requisite support.

 

-Team co-ordination and internal MIS management

 

-Ensure timely completion of all key deliverables as per SLA/ Objectives.

 

-Understand the client queries/requirements and resolve them on priority.

 

-Work towards improvement of the process and providing value addition to the client through the deliverables.

 

-Maintain a good rapport with the Client at all sites.

 

-Timely communication of any issues to the client manager and to the internal management as well.

 

-Conduct monthly Operations review and periodic conference calls with the client.

 

-Ensure timely completion of Work Reviews and Appraisals of the team members.

About Process

-Identifying training needs of team members and arrange for training.

 

-Active involvement in improving the QMS system for the team.

 

-Strive to develop a good team atmosphere with own team members as well as other teams in the project.

 

-Timely support to the enabling functions.

 

-Assisting the Manager in ensuring a smooth flow of operations.

 

-Any other additional responsibility to commensurate with business requirements.
