Important Points to be considered while sourcing profiles for HR Manager - Employee Relations.

 

1.       The candidate has to be at Deputy Manager / Manager position currently. It needs to be on papers.

2.       If Manager then his relevant experience has to be 2 + years & if Assistant Manager then his relevant experience has to be 4 + years

3.       The candidate has to have HR (Generalist Role) experience from BPO background.

4.       If the candidate is not currently from BPO, then previous experience as TL or above from BPO is mandatory.

5.       The client requires candidate with strong experience into Employee Relations & should have handled statutory compliance.

6.       Please share profiles who are currently at a salary of 7L.

7.       The client is open for candidates anywhere from India who is comfortable to relocate to Nagpur.

Support end to end HR service delivery

Foster a strong business relationship with the stake holders

Induction and assimilation of the new joiners

Employee Confirmation, Performance Management and Appraisals

Employee Grievance and counseling

Conduct regular employee connect sessions to understand their concerns and implement action plan to address them

Focus on supervisory enablement activities

Plan and execute engagement activities for the location

Address and resolve employee queries in a timely manner

Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations

Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensuring regulatory compliance

Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity

Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation

Attrition Management and retention

Manage all the documentation related to the employees that includes employee files, promotion/appraisal documents, statutory documents and exit documents

Manage Access Card, Biometric system

Responsible for managing internal reports related with ELCM & Employee Engagement activities

Insuring proper database of reports are maintained

Manage & facing internal & external audits

Adhering to QMS & ISMS compliances

Ensuring that proper induction and adequate trainings are been imparted to employees

Facilitate & co-ordinate internal & external trainings for the employees

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day services and operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, regulations and standards of practice

Profile should be 20% in Recruitment & 80 % in Generalist profile

Candidate should have strong knowledge & experience in Statutory Compliance
