1. The candidate has to be at Deputy Manager / Manager position currently. It needs to be on papers. 2. If Manager then his relevant experience has to be 2 + years & if Assistant Manager then his relevant experience has to be 4 + years 3. The candidate has to have HR (Generalist Role) experience from BPO background. 4. If the candidate is not currently from BPO, then previous experience as TL or above from BPO is mandatory. 5. The client requires candidate with strong experience into Employee Relations & should have handled statutory compliance. 6. Please share profiles who are currently at a salary of 7L. 7.
