The candidate needs to have 10 years of overall experience, out of which 4-5 years can be from different industry but Leadership hiring for at least 2 – 3 years as TL or above from BPO industry is a mandate.

However, the client needs excellent profile with hike % of 30 max nothing beyond on current.

 

The candidate should have closed at least 8 to 10 leadership positions (Sr. Manager to above) in a year.
