About Process	Support our senior legal  counsels across drafting,  reviewing and negotiation of client and vendor contracts, acquisition due diligence, transaction documentation, litigation management, employment law matters, corporate transactions, IPR related matters, regulatory compliance including  FEMA/RBI  matters,  company secretarial practice  and  active  database  management  of  legal documents
	Work independently on drafting and reviewing of contracts for customers largely based out of the USA, and vendors, in India and the USA
	Responsible for overseeing customer contracts by applying prudent contract and commercial law principles
	Creating and maintaining general commercial contract templates across the different business areas and territories from time to time
	Providing accurate and timely counsel to various US team members dealing with Customers and Vendors in variety of legal topics influencing business decisions for Company’s operations
	Providing legal due diligence support to Company’s acquisitions and restructuring activities from time to time; drafting due diligence reports
	Litigation management –client, vendor or employee litigation including matters in the USA and India  (where  required  by  way  of  interaction  with  an  external  counsel);  ability  to  independently drive strategy discussions
	Independently corresponding with senior US team members /counterparts on a daily basis for legal   aspects   of   Operations   related to client   engagement   within   tight   turnaround   times; independently draft documents and correspondence with accuracy and fluency
	Independently liaise (written communication plus verbal) with external counsel in India and US
	Independently handle multiple ongoing matters without continuous supervision and follow-up

	5-6 years Mumbai law firm experience(not with individual practitioner)is mandatory
	Minimum 5 years  of  continuous corporate and  commercial  law  experience in  IT/ITES company  with  outbound  exposure  to  US  commercial  contracts is  mandatory (should  have experience  in  drafting,  reviewing,  negotiating and  analyzing  US  service  contracts,  vendor contracts independently)
Shift timings	9  hours starting  from 12  noon  (with  at  least 4  hours  in  the  US  time  zone) We  can  even consider 1pm to 10pm
