Creating contents for training / Dashboard preparation | |
Develop and / or deliver domain centric Training Content in specific to the domain, Function and/or Process | |
Train the associates for objection handling as well as other aspects | |
Responsible for performing gap analysis and identifying knowledge gaps around both Content and Delivery | |
Create and / or manage the mechanism of certification of employees at all levels within the account | |
Create and Update Process Documents, Training Collaterals, Databases and Trackers | |
Work closely with Process Excellence teams to identify knowledge gaps and undertake improvement projects | |
Monitor and ensure that the SOPs at account level are current | |
Co-ordinate between the Training and Operations stakeholders to ensure timely reporting and governance of training activities | |
