About Process

Responsible for Full recruitment life cycle across all levels

Managing end to end Hiring process for ITES / BPO positions

Understand and analyze the requirement of different skills and meeting the Stakeholders requirements

Coordinate availability of shortlisted candidates for interviews

Screening, Validating the potential candidates through telephonic interviews/F2F Interviews/ Virtual Interviews.

Should be well verse in maintaining candidate / recruitment database

Proactive in closing positions (Target Oriented)

Maintain the hiring details and ensure all pre-joining formalities are completed before the new hires DOJ

Good Hands on Job Portals like naukri.com & should be aware of different sourcing channels like Linked In

Responsible for Only Non Mass (Lateral Hiring/Corporate Hiring/ IT Hiring)

Shortlisting, selecting the candidates in the preliminary rounds

Briefing them about the job profile, salary package, interview process, etc

Negotiating with candidates, delivery of offer, and post-offer follow-up

Making daily & weekly reports

Coordinating interviews

Follow up the candidate till closure and joining

Education

Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience into Lateral Hiring from Domestic BPO only

Candidate should have experience in End to End Recruitment. Candidate must have at least 50% role into BPO Support hiring

Experience in Client co-ordination/ Stakeholder Management

9.30am - 6.30pm
