White Hat Jr. (PAN India): Sales Manager - USA | JC/507 | Important Communication

 Dear Team,

 

Please take note on below important pointers

 

  • Candidates should have mandatory 'Sales' experience of a minimum of 1 year.
  • The overall experience of the candidate must not be more than 7 years. (Inclusive sales experience)
  • Sales Manager the USA is an IC role (Individual Contributor). Candidates will not be given a team to handle and have to individually meet the daily/weekly/monthly targets.
  • Candidates with prior BPO experience can apply. Experience from the USA sales process will be preferred.
  • Ensure candidates with excellent communication skills are processed. Strictly exclude candidates with MTI (Mother Tongue Influence). Candidates with relevant experience will not be considered if they do not meet these criteria. 
  • Candidates from Camp - K22, and Flinto will be given higher priority. Headhunting for these candidates would be an idle fit.
  • Candidates need to have excellent sales skills (Pitching, objection handling, negotiation skills, etc)
  • Candidates are willing to join immediately. Prolonged serving notice period candidates will not be considered.
  • Candidates should have Laptops/Desktops with webcam and mic along with WIFI. Whithatjr will not provide a Laptop/Desktop for this role. However, the internet will be reimbursed every month (Per company norms/policy).
  • Currently, the role is of WFH (Work From Home). However, candidates should be willing to relocate post-pandemic. 
  • 6 working days with 1 day-off which may be during the week. (This role is purely Night Shift)
  • The candidate needs to go through our website and understand the insights of Whitehatjr (At Least basics recommended).

 

Versant Test: (Test will be sent to only those candidates who clear Round 1 Interview)

  • Duration of Versant Test - 17 Minutes.
  • The test shall be sent on the email ID with which you have registered the candidate.
  • Inform candidates to check their SPAM, Trash, and other folders along with their primary inbox on which they have registered.
  • Tests once sent shall have a validity of only 2 hours. The test will not be rescheduled if the candidates fail to attend it. (Candidates are well informed about the Versant test to ensure they attend it)
  • Candidates should be in a quiet atmosphere with no background noise when appearing for the test.

 

Missed Interview calls

  • Candidates shall receive a call from an Exotel ( landline number )
  • In case the candidate misses the interview call, please ask them to call back on the same number. (Ensure the candidate has registration details like - Name/Ph No/Email Id/Cand Id etc. This will help the recruiter to identify the candidate accurately)
  • Our team is also sending the necessary communications to the candidates for the interview process via personal email and text message.

 

- If the candidate has already applied with Whitehatjr and his/her profile is already Active/In the pipeline (Darwin), request you to kindly not re-process their candidature.

- For all IDNH cases (Interview did not happen - Candidates who missed the interview) we will try to reach the candidates in chronological order. (This is a time-consuming exercise, hence request you to keep the candidates updated on not missing any interview communications).

- As a part of the new process we are also initiating with the priority list on conducting interviews. Hence, kindly ensure to concentrate on quality and consistency. This is a Bulk Requirement and we are looking forward to ample joiners every week.

 

 

Please be in regular touch with your candidate to understand if the interview process has been initiated. This will also help you in understanding which round of interview Round 1 / Round 2 / Round 3 they are currently undergoing,If the candidates has not received any call, please set expectations of receiving  calls in the coming 10-12 days.
