New business development involving prospect development

Will have to handle a team of 2

Research and build relationships with new clients

Measure daily, weekly, monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to match the organization's expectations

Plan approaches and pitch for corporates and institutes

Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns and objectives

Solution offerings and business case to the client & involvement in preparation of proposals

Manage the sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in a timely, reliable, and consistent basis
