	Sharing the development of the batch/students to the internal team Manager
	Solving students and parents queries
	Conducting weekly review meetings with each batch to identify gaps and implement appropriate resolutions
	Identifying total quality assessment of the lectures
	Ensuring batch meets the required quality and commitment benchmarks in delivery
	Ensuring students fee follow-ups and timely fee recovery
	Executing Faculty batch management for each batch
	Ensuring expected effectiveness in execution on various academic agendas like Faculty/student feedback management, Batch timetable, attendance management, assignment management, Fee management, Exam management and similar
	Developing a stronger relationship with students, parents and faculties
	Ensuring 100% Retention in the batch for upcoming sessions
	Ensuring batch meets required Results benchmarks
	Keeping tight coordination with faculty to ensure no loss in quality delivery in ongoing sessions
	Keeping all the students, parents, faculties and internal team members of the batch communicated in the timely development
	Maintaining consistency in effectively managing all the Academic process from the date of commencement  till the end of the batch
	Motivating and encouraging students/parents in timely intervals to keep up the pace in their Academic progress
	Executing Student mentorship sessions on timely internals for educational purpose
	Ensuring all the external and internal compliance of the batch and its respective students are completed on a timely basis
