About Process

As an individual contributor, incumbent will deliver variety of Sales training programs in online mode/classroom mode/on-the-Job (for e.g. - Sales pitch, Negotiation skill, Consultative selling etc). Covering skills, competencies & etiquettes required for sales
|

Work closely with sales team, observe sales encounters to identify challenges they face on-the-job, conduct skills gap analyses for sales team and offer training solutions to increase productivity. Trainer will be handling sales executive and TL sales process mentoring
|
|
Conduct refresher training workshops for the targeted audience in line with the branch needs. Coach advisors on improvement in products and processes
|
|
Proficiency in content creation (ppt & video based) using tools like Camtesia, Canva and other content development tools. Producing physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
|
|
Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process, developing individual coaching plans, providing resources and assistance
|
|
Determine training needs, observing sales encounters, studying sales results reports. Communicate any product and process changes to the team
|

Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available, integrating support with routine job functions
