CLIENT HAS INCREASED THE BUDGET UPTO 12 LPA

CANDIDATE MUST BE STRONG AS AN ILLUSTRATOR

NUMBER OF YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REDUCE TO 3.6 YEARS

·         Portfolio should be in a systematic format

·         Portfolio should be on behance or dribble

·         Portfolio in google drive will be considered only if it is in separate folders systematically

·         Portfolio should have alteast 25 design.

·         Portfolio with only 8-11 designs are not considered

·         Atleast 2 Yes should be there in the Qualifying questions.

·         Budget upto 8 LPA.

·         Years of experience atleast 4 years.

About Process

Manage design projects from concept to delivery

Understand the brand and what it stands for. Needs to reflect in the designs

Study design briefs and determine requirements. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Play active role in Branding

Prepare rough drafts and present ideas. Creativity and aesthetics are key

Develop illustrations, logos, icons, infographics, gifs and other designs using software or by hand

Test graphics across various media

Collaborating with team members and meeting timelines

Excellent communication skills required (B29)

Must have 5 years experience into Graphic Designing

Must have 2+ years experience with a technology company

Illustrations expertise is a must

Good knowledge of design software, InDesign or Illustrator, plus photo-editing software such as PhotoShop

A good sense of designing – manual as well as digital

Proven graphic designing experience

A strong portfolio of illustrations and other graphics

Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc.)

A keen eye for aesthetics and details

Ability to understand the product/ requirements and ideate & contribute

Video making skills, social media skills will be an added advantage
