About Process

Assist in the education and training of all new and existing employees on how to
effectively and efficiently perform their positions at the highest level.

Will Address
advancements  in  technology,  conduct  the  latest  findings  from  research  and  development,  and  changes  in  the
marketplace

Responsible for the overall delivery of all corporate training as per the company standard. This would include face to face training seminars, organizing on the job training, and employee self-driven training. This would also include development of e-training solutions to train employees anywhere in the world

Be the key person to help roll out initiatives/training interventions for QBSS across all global locations

Creates and monitors the annual training plan on a quarterly basis to ensure program effectiveness
and evaluates that learning objectives have been met and acquired skills and knowledge are being
transferred back in the work place

Help  in  identifying  the  key  training  initiatives  needed  for  QBSS  employees  along  with  Head  of
Departments (HOD’s) and Human Resources. Extract training needs from current HRIS to identify
top training needs across the business.

Design effective business training programs - training content, presentation slides, Case study, Projects, materials for the training to be delivered

Manage pre training preparation/evaluation and post training feedback for all programs to determine effectiveness

Analyse the effectiveness of all training and development workshops to the employees through meaningful metrics and develop appropriate modification if needed

Identify and create training content for US and India locations.

Ensures that all training material and programs are compliant with local, regional, state and national laws and regulations governing the industry

Interacts with the leadership team and senior executives to determine specific requirements for each job description

Update and create training polices on a regular basis

Establishes relationships with external training vendors and regularly reviews all vendors to ensure they provide the most cost effective solutions to training needs

Assist  in  certification  process  for  all  programs  as  well  as  help  in  conducting  the  certification ceremony on the floor as necessary

Manages the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) training initiative across QBSS.

Completes monthly training reports

Works closely with Marketing Team to incorporate compelling graphical elements for QBSS

Responsible for planning and coordinating communication initiatives focused on helping leaders effectively communicate within their business

Manage training budget.

Assist in conducting awareness program series across all levels for employee benefits, policies and company practices

Assist in rolling out quarterly feedback survey along with Human Resources and work on action plan if need be to build a learning culture at QBSS

Continuing Professional Education : Roll out of programs under Continuing Professional Education Initiative

Career Progression Roadmaps : Assist in roll out of roadmap for career progression for all positions

New Employee Training Orientation : Creates and assist in roll out of orientation roadmap for new employees.

Requirement

Excellent verbal communication, listening and presentation skills (Voice Select Quality)

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people across organizational units globally

Must have experience training both US and India employees

Understanding of effective training methodologies  and  tools

Organization  and time management abilities

Prior work experience in MNC & matrix organization

Valid Passport and Willing to travel

Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); e-learning software, presentation and public speaking Skills

Coaching / Psychometric Profiling Certification

Instructional Design Certification

Experience working in the Finance/Accounting Industry as well as tech support.

Minimum 7 years of work experience including 3-5 years of experience as a Global corporate trainer.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other equivalent fields

Shift timings

Required to work in shifts. Based on business/project requirement will work in US hours.
