Position is now Recruiter – Lateral Hiring

 

Salary : 4L to 6L pa (Salary shall be decided as per strong experience & skills)

 

They are now looking for candidates who have done Hard Core Recruitments as mentioned below :

 

1.       Technology Hiring / IT various domains ( Developer, testers, Network Engineers, Telecom Engineers, Server Engineers, Desktop Support ppl etc.)

2.       IT – Network , Telecom, Server, IT security

3.       BPO Operations

4.       Workforce Management

5.       Candidate should be sound on behavioral interviewing skill, managing client expectation and liaison

6.       Candidate should have done End to End Recruitments

 

Notice period should not be more than 30 days

 

 

Interview Process:

  • Process the candidate who are Immediate Joiner to 30 days
  • Candidate should have Desktop / Laptop with WiFi connection mandatory
  • Work from home till lockdown

About Process

Responsible for understanding the resource requirements of various business units

Overall responsibility of identifying, selecting, offering and on boarding of candidates

Strategizing the recruitment process to ensure quality hiring within the SLA

Single point contact for internal clients and the senior management for diverse hiring requirements

Interact with the operations teams frequently and maintain an excellent relationship with them

Develop and manage different channels of recruitment to ensure candidate availability and keep the cost of hiring at the optimum level

Play an active role in understanding the resource requirements of the business and making plans towards fulfilling them

Maintain and develop internal database
