The individual will focus on operational excellence within procurement processes, using data and systems to identify opportunities for process and program improvement | |
Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, as well as supporting global category leaders with project analysis, will also be required | |
Create and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual spend reporting | |
Manage systems utilized by procurement (Oracle NetSuite, Aravo risk management, contract repository, SharePoint, and MS Teams) | |
Identify process inefficiencies and gaps in procurement process, propose solutions for approval, implement, and measure change effectiveness | |
