About Process

To deliver high quality training that follows company methodology, and matches to the skills required by the corporate clients

Deliver high quality training that follows company methodology, and matches to the skills required by the corporate clients

Screen and select the right candidates (Student Trainers) to join GuruSchool ; in line with the organizational policies and procedures

Regularly coordinate with the Training Manager regarding all training activities and process steps

Ensure ‘Guest’ Lectures and ‘SME’ interactions as part of the course

Conduct & document 1-on-1 coaching conversations with student trainers as per SOP

Create OJT opportunities for the student trainers

Conduct assessments in a timely manner

Coordinate placement opportunities for those who successfully graduate from GuruSchool

Provide Post Placement’ support as prescribed by SOPs and continuously monitor, collect data and publish progress of the alumni

Interact periodically with employers on effectiveness of the learning process and continuously collect feedback

Suggest necessary changes to the curriculum based on feedback from the participants / key stakeholders

Document and Report key data and matrices as per SOP

Provide regular feedback to the Training Manager on training content and the need for local customization

Enable the Counselor and Sales Officer to be more independent sales people

Successfully articulate and promote the differentiators and brand value of EduBridge graduates

Developing an in-depth understanding of the job market, centre operational challenges & student expectations in the Region

Supporting the Centre teams in the Training process

Maintaining a 100% Adherence to SOPs and DTD on ELITE

Building good and strong relationships with clients

Build transparency with students throughout the training & placements process

Graduates/Post Graduates/MBAs

More than 5 years of experience in Retail/BFSI/ Hospitality/ IT & ITES with at least 3 years’ experience in training as a mandate
