About Process

Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials

Review training materials from a variety of sources and choose appropriate materials

Be forward thinking when designing or redesigning instructional learning programs; ensuring that they adhere to adult learning principles/theory, instructional design theory and related strategies

With ease utilize the Learning Management System to help achieve learning objectives

Enjoy working with tight deadlines and providing valuable input on projects to enhance and customize training processes to exceed operational needs

Creating instructional content that incorporates audio and video

Create knowledge and skills assessments

Evaluate learning effectiveness

Apply current research and theory to learning design challenges

Deliver training and presentations on education and learning design

Write/Review storyboards

Requirement

Good Communication Skills (8/10)

Knowledge in Python/ AI/ ML/ R Program/ Java/ C/ C++/ PHP/ Dotnet/ Hadoop/ etc

Hands-on experience required in MS Office applications (PPT, Word & Excel)

Proven knowledge of different instructional methodologies such as ADDIE etc.

Skill required – Python, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning(If knows – Java)

Education

Graduate in any discipline

Should have at least 2 years’ experience  in content creation, curriculum designing

He/She should have researched the information from variable resources in order to create content which can be used during the training sessions by the trainers

Must be ready to provide initial training to the trainers

Proven experience in developing technical (IT) content in Data Science, Software Development, Web Development etc. using the latest programming languages, Tools and Frameworks

Should have good experience in content creating from scratch in any IT language and at least basic knowledge on Data science, Data Analytics, Python

Preferred experience in using different authoring tools (Articulate storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, ISpring, Powtoon and any other additional tools)

Design and develop courses for different delivery modes (instructor-led training, virtual training, self-directed learning, eLearning, etc.)

9.30 am to 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday
