	Provide advisory to management basis by doing various analysis basis available data, information
	Participate and contribute for projects as needed also drive automation of various reports and MIS through tools like macro and applications like SQL, Access, Excel, SAS etc

	To resolve any challenges which the team might experience in providing the above deliverable and manage a team
