* We need candidate only from Law Firm. In law world the designations
are Associate, Senior Associate, Principle (Salaried or Equity) and Partner
(Salaried or Equity). Difference between Salaried and Equity is that former
is salaried and Equity is owner partner. This is the hierarchy in the law
firms.
* Candidate from Corporate or Small firm will not be our ideal
candidates.
* There are two parts in Law - Litigation and Non litigation.
Litigation candidates will go to court, you will find in their CV civil,
family, divorce appeared in court we do not need such candidates even if it
is their past / current experiences. Anybody who is doing court related work
will not be our suitable candidate.
* Non Litigation is who settles matter outside the court. They do
deals outside the court. Our Ideal candidate would be someone who does
banking deals speacifically helping, doing corporate financing and
restructuring distressed assets. For Example - Due to this pandemic many
firms must be bankrupt or in depts or would want to dissolve, being a big
set up it is difficult to shut the copmany as employees and Labour is
involved, Banking Lawyer will help the employer with solutions.

Candidate who has experience in handling transactions of Corporate
Financing with special focus on loans (both rupee and foreign currency),
Restructuring and Distressed Assets
Candidate who has experience in handling transactions of Financial
Services Regulatory and Advisory,Securitisation (including investments in
security receipts) and Receivables Financing
Sound knowledge of applicable provisions of the Indian foreign
exchange laws (including for external commercial borrowings, trade credits,
overseas direct investments, and export and import arrangements)
Sound knowledge of applicable provisions of the existing
securitisation norms (for both standard and non-performing assets) and
Factoring Regulation Act, 2011 (as amended)
Sound knowledge of applicable provisions of SARFAESI and enforcement
actions pursuant thereto
Sound knowledge of applicable provisions of the applicable RBI
circulars, notifications, guidelines, etc. relevant for rupee loans and
restructuring arrangements
Sound knowledge of applicable provisions of general banking laws
applicable to advisory and regulatory matters
Basic understanding of the working of blockchain, and distributed
ledger technology and any artificial intelligence computing platforms
Well verse with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft teams

LLB pass out from batch 2015 to 2017 only. Candidates who have
