Interview Process and TAT:

 

·         Post CV Screening Ramili Kulkarni will provide a time slot to connect your candidate for con call

·         Post her short listing, candidates profile will be uploaded on the clients portal.

·         Once Candidate is registered, Ramili Kulkarni will provide the Candidate ID.

About Process

Identify and resolve technical issues promptly and successfully (TAT 5 minutes).

Answer technical and service questions about the product.

Ownership for the team mission to create a 5-Star experience for every customer

Understanding Operating Systems like Windows 7,8,10 and MacOS.

Troubleshooting Network and Internet Issues for Clients

Support student and teacher experience and ensure high CSAT scores

Ensure high teacher and student engagement and in turn high net promoter scores (NPS) from Teacher and    Students

Responsible for solving queries of students and teachers.

Responsible for building relationships with the students and teachers

Troubleshooting Network and Internet Issues for Clients

Fixing Software and Drivers on Client Systems

Understanding of Settings and Control Panel Options.

Fixing Issues in Device Manager and External Devices.

Understanding Latest Privacy Settings and Access Control in Devices.

Email voice and chat experience will be an advantage
