Skills and Scope of work:

1.       Experience in using creative building software like Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. Video editing software like Premiere Pro, Filmora, etc.

2.       Excellent communication and content creating abilities. Collateral Ideas and will be shared, however, will have to create content for the collaterals to be designed

3.       Aesthetics and design need to keep being upgraded and will have to coordinate with teams across India to create collaterals as per their requirement

4.       Can work independently

5.       Be able to manage strict timelines and priority submissions

6.       Experience with collateral design, video creation for Social Media and PR will be added advantage

 

Assignment related Instructions:

1.       Attached is a PDF file that has to be redesigned to look like a two-fold Brochure

2.       Content can be used from the attached file but the design has to be completely changed. Images can be changed as well to suit the content or design. Focus on better cover page and last page.

3.       Can choose any colour palette that represents the Education industry or based on our logo or website based colours

4.       Add any more content or elements to make it look more modern and professional

About Process

Sales Strategy and Roadmap, Plan top quality sales campaign supporting both Online and Offline sales

Graphic Designing and executing communication campaigns across print and digital platforms

Support the sales team with powerful sales strategy and campaigns

Plan powerful sales campaigns and Initiate, conceptualize, and design infographics to support campaigns

Create and update corporate PowerPoint presentations, email messages, and multimedia messaging including podcasts and video

Design & layout collateral including brochures, solution sheets, emails, social media, and promotional merchandise

Design sales-oriented collaterals that can attract prospects and enhance sales

Meet with stakeholders and department head to determine the scope of a project, gather the requirements, advise on strategies to reach the identified audience, be sensitive on costs involved if any, determine message the creative content should portray, and provide a time and effort estimation for various deliverables

Review drafts for written, spoken, and visual content and provide feedback and revision

Create sales strategy and trackers for campaigns

Manage pipeline and workflow for Brand Design, Creative Direction, Content & Community
