Promote company’s training programmes to potential students |
Drive high-quality leads to the center for enrollments |
Perform marketing and sales activities in order to drive enrollment and revenue for the center |
Ensure availability of vacancies for each graduated student across all assigned centers. |
Own the relationship with the corporate clients and facilitate the placement process |
Ensure that Inception and Placement targets for the Centre are met |
Develop a mobilization formula for the Centre and design a Marketing Strategy to mobilize students |
Plan & execute mobilization through various LMP based activities, priority for Digital Marketing, Cold Calls, Data Handling, Email Campaigns, Job Fairs, Institutional tie ups, Business Partner network. |
Develop, execute and coordinate marketing campaigns and activities, in line with strategies and targets, and within budget to achieve mobilization targets. Plan a series of online and offline monthly activities for each center |
Measure & analyze the ROI of activities and plans. Prepare and maintain the reports. |
Develop marketing communication collaterals, digital media and advertising materials to promote Edubridge and its courses. Work with the Regional Mobilization Manager / Central Marketing team where required |
Liaise with advertising agencies, internal and external partners on all ATL & BTL print and digital campaigns |
Ensure MOUs are signed with acquisition partners. |
Touch a high volume of leads and generate student database for current and future enrollments |
Generate high-quality leads and guide them to the center Counselor for further enquiry Collect data through GuruSchool Student Enquiry form, conduct face to face interviews / skype interviews and complete the Candidate Screening Form for all enrolled candidates |
Regularly sync with the Master Trainer and the Counselor to gain high-level understanding of the training content and common questions from the Trainer students |
Identify and develop Network Partners and enable them to deliver the GuruSchool message in their own location. Strategize and plan marketing activities with the Center Head |
Ensure there are enough vacancies for each course offered at each of the 3 running batches. |
Ensure that there is a minimum ratio of 1:3 i.e. Trainer: TAF in the center. |
Manage relationships with existing corporate clients while focusing on obtaining new business |
Successfully articulate and promote the differentiators and brand value of EduBridge graduates |
Collaborate with Master Assessors and Master Trainers to reflect customer requirements in the training process |
Participate in various Master Trainer assessments with Master trainers to evaluate the Trainer fit/potential placements |
Collaborate with the Master Assessor to develop new content on company specific interview requirement |
Brief Master Trainers on successfully clearing the interview just before the interview process |
Counsel Master Trainers every two weeks to ensure their expectations and skills level match the jobs available in the market |
Counsel Master Trainers & students, parents regularly to ensure job acceptance rate increases |
Coordinate with Counselor to arrange Trainer interviews and follow up hiring steps |
Track all placements on internal software accurately |
Follow up hiring steps to receive placement confirmation, joining date, offer letter, etc. |
Support placement logistics, such as traveling, accommodation, etc. |
Communicate with Center Head on placement rates and impact on regional business |
Successfully articulate and promote the differentiators and brand value of EduBridge graduates. |
Being proactive and conducting an intensive research on the various skill development centers across the region to ensure identification of mobilization pockets and availability of vacancies for placement for each graduated Student Trainer across all locations. |
