The client has managed to retain their existing employee and would want to put the other 2 positions on Hold for the time being. They are going to revise the requirements and will be looking forward for profiles related to the same. Once we receive the updated requirements we will share , kindly start sourcing only post the updated requirement is shared.

Dear Team,

 

Request you to not source any fresh profiles for the subject position as We have shared sufficient CVs for the time being and client is in the process of shortlisting and processing them for Interviews.

 

There is a new HR in place and he has shared the profiles ahead with the Marketing team, however there is a vaccination drive and other events planned due to which the team is occupied and hence the shortlisting is taking time than usual. The feedback for CV shortlisting is expected by September 5.

About Process

To manage day-to-day activities related to marketing efforts, including creative development & cross- functional implementation

Coordinate with various internal departments to collate all necessary information related to the projects and assist in developing project collaterals

Marketing collaterals – inventory management

Executing & maintaining Site Brandings on regular basis

Events Coordination - Support to marketing team for all on-ground execution of events.

Vendor management - Identifying suitable vendors, managing turnaround times, and quality of work, negotiating contracts, managing relationships, assigning jobs, evaluating performance & managing invoicing & payments for the department.

Coordinating with various marketing agencies, media houses and vendors for various marketing requirements and for monthly deliverables

Support sales teams for any marketing related requirements

Interface with Social Media/Marketing Agencies
