About Process

Request Bid Tab upon Approval to Proceed

Submit a Request for Quote Form to Manufacturers (RFQ)

Maintain status of all bids in process and ensure they are reviewed, revised and reapproved as necessary

Compile quotes for bid manager review & pricing

Monitor Websites for Awards and Final Bid Tabulations

Answer telephones and emails and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals

Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material

Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions

Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors

Maintain scheduling and event calendars

Create, maintain, and enter information into databases

Greet callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
