About process

Managing payroll inputs as per the payroll calendar and ensuring data accuracy

Managing exit process from system as well as from full and final settlement perspective

Deal with data changes that impact payroll

Managing payroll related compliance like PF, ESIC

Managing multiple employee databases and HRIS

Able to prepare salary annexure as per compliance

Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications

Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation & benefits, and leave management; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition and morale

Have ability to manage employee life cycle post hiring

Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters

Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports

Produce and submit reports on general HR activity

Assist with budget monitoring and payroll

Able to handle external and internal audits

Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

Supervise the delivery of end to end activities associated with all HR functions

Provide analytical support for all incidents and situations in the area of HR related matters

Develop and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure high quality and consistent service delivery
