Coordinate with the interviewers and hiring managers to schedule interviews |
Use cost effective channels for sourcing |
Timely escalation in case of not being able to find the right candidates |
Handhold the candidate throughout the hiring journey, delivering superior candidate experience right until their onboarding |
Engaging with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs better |
Adhere to recruitment SOP & reporting requirements |
Ensure that every new employee being hired is the right culture fit |
Understand the Business and the Roles in detail to be able to articulate the right hiring strategy |
Stay updated with the industry trends and candidate preferences |
Collaborate with BU HRs to get a better understanding of business expectations, hiring the quality of talent required and challenges that employees & managers may be facing |
Follow up on performance levels of employees that have been hired to see if any quality correction is required in the hiring process |

Education | Graduate in any discipline |
Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience into hardcore recruitments as a Recruiter into IT or Non – IT |
Experience of having handled multiple requirements across sectors |
Candidates needs to have experience in using Job Portals, LinkedIn etc |
