About Process

Fulfill quality & timely manpower requirement for the organization through effective use of recruitment initiatives and strategies

Closing the hiring requirements as per agreed TAT, Cost & Quality metrics

Delivering the best candidate experience

Source relevant candidates for the open positions

Screen the candidates to filter the ones who suit the requirement

Coordinate with the interviewers and hiring managers to schedule interviews

Use cost effective channels for sourcing

Timely escalation in case of not being able to find the right candidates

Handhold the candidate throughout the hiring journey, delivering superior candidate experience right until their onboarding

Engaging with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs better

Adhere to recruitment SOP & reporting requirements

Ensure that every new employee being hired is the right culture fit

Understand the Business and the Roles in detail to be able to articulate the right hiring strategy

Stay updated with the industry trends and candidate preferences

Collaborate with BU HRs to get a better understanding of business expectations, hiring the quality of talent required and challenges that employees & managers may be facing

Follow up on performance levels of employees that have been hired to see if any quality correction is required in the hiring process

Daily Review with Sr. Manager Recruitment

Quarterly performance reviews

Weekly hiring status report to Business or BU HR

Requirement

Good Communication Skills (8/10) in English & Hindi

Exposure to ATS would be an added advantage

Networking, Target driven, Marketing skills & Service Oriented

Understanding People & building relationships

Should be adept at employer branding and recruitment marketing

Should be comfortable with managing data & Microsoft excel and using the data inputs to build an appropriate recruitment strategy

Should be able to perform under pressure and live up to demanding client expectations

Should have the patience to listen and the ability to spot the right talent

Should be comfortable with change and chaos

Education

Graduate in any discipline

Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience into hardcore recruitments as a Recruiter into IT or Non – IT

Experience of having handled multiple requirements across sectors

Candidates needs to have experience in using Job Portals, LinkedIn etc

Industry : Edu Tech Companies (1st Pref) / Companies / Consultancies

9.30am - 6.00pm
