About Process

Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems

Postings vacancies on portals and Networking within time frame

Screening candidate as per required details, matching IT resources

Responsible to handle end to end recruitment cycle

Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.

Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes

Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs

Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements

Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

1 year - 2 years of experience in payroll and IT recruitment

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

Education

B.Tech(EC/CS/IT), BCA, MCA BSC (IT) or MBA Candidates can apply
