Role Context
Mission
As a Process Specialist, candidate is responsible for gap analysis,
developing, validating, documenting, reviewing, updating and maintaining new
and existing process maps and documents for the International Service
Delivery Team.
Strategic Alignment
The Process Specialist plays an important role to support changes in
delivery processes and business policies, and collaborate with stakeholders
and process owners for end to end efficiency.

About Process
Maintaining the single source of truth for Service Delivery processes and
Business Policies:- ONE set of delivery processes and business policies for
International
Develop, review, maintain training materials:
(1) Using bespoke template
(2) Use test cases for screen capture and document workflow
(3) Add detailed steps for system workflow
(4) Add Business Rules, Conditions
(5) Familiarize with system rules and behaviour
(6) On-going review & update due to minor enhancements
(7) Upload content and update internal Knowledge Portal
(8) Maintain master copy of all documents on depository
Review WI, identify gaps & opportunities for uplift
(2) Update content in WI, procedures
(3) Update Workflow
(4) Upload content and update internal Knowledge Portal
(5) Maintain master copy of all documents on depository
Initiate conversation with stakeholders on identified projects
Review existing O2A
Uplift process to address identified gaps

Requirement
Minimum 6 years of related experience in similar capacity
Good communication and attention to detail skills to create process
documentation such as newsletter, work instructions/user procedures (SOP and
System workflow), roles/responsibilities, knowledge and training materials
Experience with Salesforce and Cloud Sense would be an added advantage
Strong analytical and good English writing abilities
Identifying areas of process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and
recommending solutions that detail pros, cons and risks
Gap analysis between now and to-be process
Knowledge on processes and up and downstream impact of process steps
Able to lead discussions of process alternatives in order to arrive at best
practices
Comfortable with ambiguity and change
Education
BE, BBA, B.Com or any graduate with relevant experience
