· During the Zoom interview, candidate must have a very professional approach, they should be well dressed preferably in official attire (Indian Attire is also fine) provided they are well groomed and presentable. While giving the interview ensure the back ground is taken care and you are in a network zone.
· Ensure candidate has gone through the company website.

· Client would be coming for a visit in the coming week and there could be a walk-in drive, kindly start looking for relevant candidates keeping above points in mind.

About Process | Responsible to implement and drive cost management initiatives, define controls to mitigate financial risk and execute operation as per the Academy’s business processes and procedures |
Primarily responsible for ensuring all finance and accounting related business processes of Academy’s operations are properly executed, which includes general accounting procedures, preparation of payroll, audit, management financial reporting, performing related operational tasks and functions to name a few. | |
Acts as the single point of contact for the assigned entity and proactively liaises with business for updates on transactions and new agreements | |
Manages the end to end accounting, and ensures the closure in a timely manner liaising with counterparts | |
Ensures the preparation of accurate and timely reporting of financial statements and perform reconciliations | |
Record all business transactions. Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned | |
