Important Update

 

·         Female Candidates Only

·         Client wants candidates to use the accommodation facility provided by them hence any candidate who is moving to Qatar to reunite with Husband / family will not be considered.

·         To and Fro transport from accommodation to Work place is been provided by the client. Hence candidates who wish to live outside the accommodation is not been considered.

·         Client believes staying under one roof will help the employees to build a bond hence they want candidates who are willing to stay in the company accommodation throughout their tenure should only be showcased.

·         During the Zoom interview, candidate must have a very professional approach, they should be well dressed preferably in official attire (Indian Attire is also fine) provided they are well groomed and presentable. While giving the interview ensure the back ground is taken care and you are in a network zone.

·         Ensure candidate has gone through the company website.

·         We will not be charging anything from the candidate, if we do so our contract with the client will get terminated immediately without a room of clarification. Partners kindly instruct your team / recruiters candidate should not be charged a single penny.

·         Client would be coming for a visit in the coming week and there could be a walk-in drive, kindly start looking for relevant candidates keeping above points in mind.

About Process

Responsible for leading operations of various sizes, in a fast-paced environment that is challenging and changing continuously.

Responsible to shape the future of the center, being committed to delivering excellent service, specialized trainings and further develop relationships with local business, individual aspirants and educational communities

Requires interacting with and maintaining excellent working relationships with the Client Relations, IT, Finance, HR and concerned Team in the Academy to ensure that the required revenue and operating in a cost effective and efficient mannercenter is generating

Add a positive contribution to the business and the job is not limited to a finite set of responsibilities hence the prospect must be ready to face any challenges which might themselves in running of the center operationspresent

Responsibilities of the post it is expected that the center manager will do so in accordance with academy's ethos

Expected to be the driving force that will elevate IAID Operations in Qatar and its future canters

Ensure that customers receive a friendly, professional and consistent high-quality service by resolving various queries, closing sales enquiries and getting it right the first time

Requirement

Excellent communication (7/10)  and strong interpersonal skills

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience handling teams.

Must have at least 5 - 7 years solid relevant experience in this position

Excellent communication in English (oral and written), with pleasing personality, self-starter and can work with different nationalities & background

Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team

Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.

Experience managing complex projects with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.

Must have experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment with excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.

Proven track record of increasing revenue and managing P&L of business.

Hands on experience in formulating departmental strategy, policy and procedures, in alignment to the business strategy.

Demonstrable leadership skills in a team management.

Experience in understanding competitive positioning/ customer needs and analysing trends.

Ability to influence and persuade at all levels, IT competent; with good public speaking background

Education

Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent from a Premier institute
