About Process | Assists with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office for FPO, other Quatrro US companies, and specific QMS items |
manages the administration of Human Resources reporting, HRIS, policies and procedures and works in close coordination with the VP of HR and other HR staff | |
carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, employment, organizational development, and employment. | |
Conducts orientation for all new employees including company history and information, benefits, compensation information, procedures and policies | |
Processes all new hire orientation materials, ensures forms are complete, and enters all new hire data in to necessary HR systems such as Timesheet, ADP, and CPO. c. Completes and/or verifies benefits enrollments | |
Conducts new hire interviews | |
Manages employee benefits payroll adjustments | |
Provides backup for payroll changes | |
