About Process

Identification of Training Interventions basis Business Inputs and Operations Feedback

  Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers

Enhance Customer Satisfaction Scores by improving their service experience at different touch points

Minimize the use of pen and paper / pdf via email and migrate to the use of smart learning aids

Developing & continuously improving processes which would help in enhancing customer experience for Mobility, Enterprise & Fiber customers

Continues process improvement basis customer VOC and complaints across all touch points

Sets direct reports quantitative and qualitative performance objectives and ensures individual performance objectives are in place and reviewed to meet organisational and individual needs

Ensures bi-annual performance reviews take place with direct reports, identifies poor performance and takes corrective action

Monitors implementation of training needs as per individual development plans

Creates an environment that fosters team work and co-operation amongst team members

Creates awareness of Jio’s strategic objectives and their alignment to the cluster and company objectives

Continually strives to up-skill and motivate staff through effective leadership, mentoring, coaching, performance improvement and the creation and implementation of individual development plans

Minimum 5 - 10 years.

   Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other educational material

Identification of business challenges and create project

Interact with various departments to create T2R’s, define processes, enhance Knowledge Management

Coordinate with supervisor/Process owner and other key stakeholders to ensure implementation of training programs

Confer with Management and conduct survey to identity training needs based on production processes, Changes and other factors

Education

Graduate in B. TECH, Engineer
