About Process

Routine transaction monitoring and rating the same on various parameters set in agreement with client expectations and company policies

Sharing frequent feedback with the agents for the transactions monitored to bring about improvement in performance

Periodic calibrations to be done with other process owners and clients to ensure transparent understanding of requirements and protocols

Periodic process knowledge tests to be conducted to ensure agents are aware of updates and recall product specifics

Recommending modifications in the process and protocol to improve quality, productivity, or customer experience

Create and maintain process documentation for policies and procedures

Investigate, report, and ensure corrective and preventive action for any customer complaints, client escalations or non-adherence to critical protocol detected

Analyse the data collected through routine transaction monitoring to identify areas of improvement in line with process KPIs

Work with the training team to plan and execute refresher training based on identified opportunities for improvement in the bottom performers and the general population

Prepare and share periodic reports with the process owners highlighting the health of the process, areas of improvement, and the improvements observed

Mandatory experience as a Quality Analyst for at least 6 months. 1 year is ideal

Average expertise in MS Office or any other similar software
