Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions

Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.

Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.

Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.

Expand existing relationships and enable our existing partners by developing go-to-market strategies that are executed in the field.

Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships

Excellent Presentation skills, excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Should be a self starter and should have good networks in the hospitality and healthcare Industry

Prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships

Good experience developing a successful business through the channel and proven leadership abilities leading a team

Extensive experience working with partners, channels, and integrators to build strategic programs that drive awareness, demand and sales

Strong experience and expertise leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Detail oriented, very organized, self-starter, understanding of the psychology of sales & the sales process

Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills

Adaptive to startup culture

Highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver

Education

MBA degree from top ranked universities preferred
