Creates tests and procedures to measure success of conducted training | |

Provide written/ verbal feedback to agents and track agent's performance during the course of training | |
To participate in all front line activities (buzz sessions, Process Update Sessions, Quality Calibrations etc.) to maintain/enhance knowledge of product | |
