About Process

Creating Job Descriptions and person specifications

Managing the hiring process, including advertising open positions, reviewing resumes, coordinating and conducting interview, conducting referencing, pre background verification and Post Background Verification process

Managing complete on-boarding process for new Employees-Appointment letters, Collect Joining documents, online link filing & uploading the documents, providing joining kits, arranging ID-cards, Employee code generation/activation, preparing Appointment letter, offer letter and other ancillary activities related to on boarding process

Managing Exit Interview Process-Ensure that take handover of laptop, Employee ID card and relevant handover required while exiting from the organisation

Organize staff Induction, training sessions, workshops and activities

Maintaining up-to-date personnel information and files, contract documents

Contact person for payroll provider and all employees relating to monthly pay

Collate and input all relevant information relating to payroll on a monthly basis (new joiners, leavers, tax forms, contract changes, sickness absence)

Processing payroll services

Provide reports to the department on a timely basis

Day to day deal with the Consultants and Vendors

Advise on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and bonus

Manage the leave system including adding new joiners and removing leavers

Ad-hoc projects and duties when required

Ensure appropriately security for all HR –related Information

Continuous improvement of HR systems, policies and practices

Administer HR-related documentation, such as contract of employment, Vendor’s agreement

Maintain and update the employee directory with any change in employee information

Overall 10 + years of experience out of which 7 years of recruitment experience mandatory. Should be working currently as a Sr. Manager or above on papers.

Preferred from GCC/Outsourcing/Banking background

IT and computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word processing programs at a highly proficient level
