Responsible for driving business through call center within defined conversion rates, cost of operation and quality

Managing Quality/Training/and Governance as per agreed guidelines

Identifying areas of improvement through VOC and Call center Data analytics and share it with Product/Marketing/Website Team

Working closely with Product/Marketing Team to give them inputs on Leads received

Planning and running initiatives to improve Conversion & SLA numbers
