About Process

Interact with insurance carriers on a regular basis to ensure accurate and complete documentation to support the offices in North America

Communicate with the Client Servicing team in North America to better understand the request and comply with the requirements

Support requests from North America offices by following the standard Operating Procedures when requesting  Loss  run  reports  from  the  insurance  carriers,  as  well  as  preparing  the  pre-placement documents of Client Proposal Workbook, Exposure workbook & Loss run Summary

To maintain expected level of quality

To pay attention to detail when preparing the documentation

Ensure adherence to compliance procedures

Effective  Business  communication  skills  to  interact  with  Insurance  Carriers/  North  America  office counterparts

Manage work volumes and deliver expectations as per business requirement
