About Process | Demonstrates disease knowledge/subject matter expertise on up several diseases within oncology |
Demonstrates technical expertise on various data entry platforms (e.g. Caisis, Helix etc) and electronic medical record systems | |
Responsible for oversight of day to day training tracking and reporting; trains and coordinates with staff to ensure compliance with completion and accuracy | |
With input and guidance from Program Manager (or other senior staff), creates and maintains training projections and timelines | |
Coordinates on-boarding of new hires with HR, communicates any delays or issues to Operations and QA management teams | |
Identifies issues, trends and makes suggestions to improve and maintain operational processes | |
Creates project specific tools and may contribute to project planning and development as directed | |
Plans & executes activities like pressure testing and time studies | |

Develops various SOPs for the team and is responsible to maintain all administrative documents for all relevant projects in an easy to access central location (e.g. training documents, SOPs, training timelines) | |
As directed, takes a leadership role with non-project specific client communication | |
