About Process	Designs, develops, communicates, and implements long-range educational, training and learning strategies in oncology to best support the department's purpose and mission
	Provides project leadership and oversight and manages the development and deployment of learning solutions that achieve business needs and objectives
	Proactively collaborates with senior leadership to define, map and improve company learning processes, programs and outcomes
	Consults at the executive sponsor and key stakeholder level while supporting large scale project teams on effective design, development and delivery of oncology training
	Independently leads multiple initiatives and projects to deploy learning skills and capabilities across the vertical
	Provides leadership, coaching and mentoring of team members on best practices for the development and delivery of learning projects

Requirement	Over 5 years of hospital experience (practice in clinic not considered) and 2 years of teaching experience (preferably in oncology)
	Sound knowledge of basic oncology and disease management
	Proven ability to understand, assimilate and communicate scientific information
	Proven track record to engage and develop lasting relationships with key thought leaders in complex clinical environments
	Good Planning and Organisational Skills
	Good working knowledge of various training tools including PowerPoint presentations
	Fellowship/additional course experience in oncology is a bonus
	Experience in a corporate organization as a trainer/ Pharma co vigilance/ clinical research experience in oncology therapeutic area
Education	UG - MBBS/Nursing/BAMS/BHMS
Shift timings	9:30am - 5:30pm
