Following audits, provides feedback in real time (within 24 hours) to the abstractor | |
Constructs corrective action plans for MDAs with recurring errors | |
Ensures corrections are made in a timely fashion | |
Self reports activities like time spent on records, audits completed including all relevant details and any other reporting functions assigned by Operations and QA management teams | |
Escalates performance concerns and issues as needed | |
Assists with retraining of underperforming staff | |
Participates and contributes to QA Program and initiatives | |
May participate in special projects or client specific initiatives as directed | |
